Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate with subcontractors
- Manage on-site staff
- Ensure compliance with building code and safety regulations
- Maintain quality control and effective communication throughout the project
Qualifications
- Preferably 5+ years of construction management experience
- Preferably a certification in plan-reading or other related construction administrative skills
- Preferably certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional)
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspect of construction project progress
- Manage payouts, budgets, and all finances regarding the project
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards
- Work closely in communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Submittal of ASI’s, RFI’s, etc...
Qualifications
- Construction Management degree
- Preferably 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Procore
Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Prepare proposals for clients and partners on potential incoming projects
- Manage communication & price negotiation with vendors and subcontractors
- Evaluate materials, labor, and equipment costs to provide accurate and competitive bids
Qualifications
- Construction Management, Engineering, or Finance degree
- Preferably 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Procore
- Preferably a certification in plan-reading
